Our history started in 1981 when our founder Director, Sam Mekgwe started merchandising in the OK Bazaars in Pretoria. Now nearly 40 years later he has started his own venture and aims to become the biggest retail merchandising services provider to the industry.

Director Sam started nearly 30 years ago as a merchandiser for Sylko paper products, working the floor and assisting customers with sales queries. He then went on to become a supervisor of merchandisers at RMS Merchandising and then became a manager of merchandisers at RCA Merchandising. He has managed 3rd party merchandiser teams, stocks and retail products, distribution and merchandising in all the big national retail and chain stores for more than 25 years bringing you the best of the best in Retail merchandising. He is serious about making your business a success.

Director Tshepiso has been around the mill at BuildIT and Game where he worked as a merchandiser handing stock levels, stock presentations, faulty stock returns as well a promotional displays. He is digitally inclined and merchandising is his passion. Vibrant and energetic, he will wow you with his creativity when it comes to merchandising goods and creating something out of nothing. He was the reason of many successful promotional events at Game that can only be attributed to his natural marketing skills coming to maturity. Keen on start-ups, he will help you grow your business in no time.

Our Objectives
Our Objectives are to:
- Encourage good working relationships between our establishment and the retail stores so that we may ensure our customers [suppliers of goods] with high level space for their products.
- The visibility of our supplier’s products will be our first priority and the main aim of our merchandising services.
- We will maintain the products by ensuring that we rid date expired items back to the supplier to save the product.
- We will grow the business of our customers through consumer research, to determine the end consumer’s utmost need. We will be relaying this information to our customers so that you may be able to advance and expand your product direction.
- We will assist our customers in promoting their new products or new specials that they have on offer.
- We will advertise on behalf of our customers any product that they want to expose or expand, using various media platforms such as:

Key Markets
FMS is looking for suppliers of products that are ambitious about the future of their business. We are looking forward to work with suppliers that need their requirements to be met in terms of the distribution of their products. We aim to expand and grow from time to time so we want to work with suppliers that aim to do the same. We take it upon ourselves to ensure that we give suppliers the opportunity to venture and grow through us.
Our Key Markets are therefore:
- We are targeting suppliers of FMG products to the retail, chain stores and supermarkets industry. This our core focus and our expertise of service is to help you manage stock and improve stock presentation inside the big stores.
- New suppliers. We are also targeting new suppliers with new products. We aim to introduce your products to the retail store and get them listed with the big retail companies.
- Suppliers that are still fragile, growing and that need intensive attention to have their product flourish in retail store.
- We operate according to the supplier’s need and location. Currently we operate throughout South Africa.
